Warranty

12 months from the date of shipment against Manufacturing defects, but not covered for Spare parts, Consumables, O-Rings, Gaskets and Glass parts. Warranty claims are subject to final approval by our principals at GmbH.

Jurisdiction

The contract shall be governed by the laws of India for the time being in force. The Courts of Bangalore only shall have jurisdiction to deal with and decide any legal or dispute arising out of this contract/PO.

5.

Remarks

This quotation is subject to the approval of the Export Control Dept in Germany. Attached our format of the End User Declaration which is to be submitted along with the order for Export Clearance.

Special Note

All sales transactions are processed with reference to and in accordance with Leybold standard terms and conditions of sale. A copy of which is available upon request.
We are liable for damages covered by Insurance. Further claims are up to deliberate action or gross negligence.

7.

Installation

Installation & commissioning if required will be done at additional cost.

8.

Calibration

Gauge Calibration charges will be extra and separate quote will be sent.

9.

Warranty Clause

Warranty claims are subject to final approval by our principals at Leybold GmbH. Any warranty replacement will be done subject to customer agreeing to give a written undertaking for return of defective pump/items within 4 weeks of receipt of the replacement pump/items. Failing which customer shall have to bear the cost of the value of new pump/items supplied.

Upon receipt of defective pump at our Bangalore/Dresden service center, the pump will be accessed for manufacturing & other defects and accordingly a report will be submitted. In the event of rejection of warranty claim by our principals due to reasons beyond the scope of Leybold, the customer will have to reimburse the cost of the replacement pump & other associated costs if any incurred.

10.

Order Cancellation

Penalty charges @5% of the total order value will be applicable in case of Cancellation of confirmed PO after 2 weeks from the date of receipt of order Confirmation.
